Can I transfer my website order to Shell Select or another reseller?
No. Website orders are handled separately and cannot be transferred to Shell Select or reseller branches. If you prefer to pick up from Shell or a reseller, please contact the branch directly for availability.

Will my website order be delivered to me after checkout?
No. Website orders are for main store pick-up. If you would like delivery, you may book your own courier such as Lalamove, Grab, or MrSpeedy once your order is confirmed.

Can Moonchild book the courier for me?
We currently do not book third-party couriers on behalf of customers. You may arrange your own courier for pick-up from our main store.

Why are the prices different at Shell Select or reseller branches?
Shell Select and reseller branches have their own pricing and markups. Prices may vary per branch and may be different from the prices on our website.

Are Shell Select stocks the same as website stocks?
No. Shell Select and reseller stocks are separate from website orders. Please contact your preferred branch directly to check availability.
